Thermal block ordinary 100x50, EPS 120 (М - 35)

New for 2023!

Thermal block ordinary, TM "VALKIRIA," 100x50, EPS 120 (М - 35) with an increased size compared to standard blocks, 1250х250х300.

The best solution for achieving the highest energy-efficient home performance!

Specifications:

  • The thermal block consists of 2 polystyrene walls connected by polystyrene jumper.

  • The external wall of the block has a thickness of 100 mm.;

  • Internal wall has a thickness of 50 mm.

  • Block dimensions: L/H/W 1250х250х300.

  • You need 3.2 blocks per square meter of wall.

  • Concrete consumption is 0.13 m3/m2.

Structural Features:

A distinctive feature of this block is the presence of special "dovetail" locks on the inner surface of the block, into which polystyrene plugs are installed to form window and door openings, wall corners, and more. For the standard 100х50 block, it's not necessary to use end blocks found in the traditional 1000 mm block lineup.

The presence of "dovetail" locks also ensures maximum adhesion of the block to concrete.

The polystyrene jumper have special seating areas for fixing horizontal reinforcement, ensuring that the reinforcement will not shift during concrete pouring.

The ordinary thermal block, TM "VALKIRIA" 100x50, allows for the construction of walls with enhanced energy efficiency. The characteristics of a wall constructed with such a thermal block are as close as possible to the parameters of a "passive" (i.e., the warmest) house.

What is the 100×50 PSB-C 35 LEPS 120L thermoblock? +
It is a polystyrene building block measuring 100×50 cm with high thermal insulation (EPS 120), designed for constructing ThermoDom walls.
What are the key characteristics of this block? +
  • Dimensions: 1000×500×250 mm;
  • Material: EPS 120 polystyrene
  • Insulation: LEPS 120L (high density and strength);
  • Suitable for load-bearing structures.
What types of construction is this block suitable for? +
Used in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings where high insulation and structural strength are required.
Is this block strong enough for multi-storey buildings? +
Yes. With internal reinforcement and concrete infill, it provides strong and durable structural performance.
How is the block installed? +
Blocks connect via tongue-and-groove joints. Rebar is placed inside, followed by concrete pouring to form a solid monolithic wall.
What are the benefits of LEPS 120L insulation? +
LEPS 120L offers high density, improved insulation, and longer service life under demanding conditions.
Is additional insulation required? +
Usually not. The high insulation capacity of EPS 120 makes extra insulation unnecessary.
What is the service life of these blocks? +
Over 30–50 years without degradation in performance.
How do these blocks impact construction speed? +
They significantly speed up wall construction thanks to easy handling and fast installation.
Are these blocks suitable for cold climates? +
Yes. The materials and design are adapted for use in cold weather, ensuring insulation and durability.
