Our Building Department performs various types of building works, while the project Group renders assistance in elaboration of project and building documents.
When the project (working project) and working documents, specialists of our Cost Estimate Department will help you to calculate the cost of new construction, extension and reconstruction of buildings and structures, repair of residential houses, objects and receive answers to the following questions:
- What is the cost of construction at all stages of investment
- Definition of the standard quantity of resources
- Current prices for material and technical resources in the given region
- Transportation costs
- The cost parameter per one unit of volume, area of a building (construction), for which
- the cost estimate was executed
- Time of work performance
- Scope of work.

- Automated issue of resource cost documentation, used in construction
- Calculation of individual estimates from the outline drawing of the house (approximate cost of building a house)
