The "Affordable Housing" program will include properties from scratch

Chairman of the State Foundation for Youth Construction Leonid Rysukhin said that since 2012 it will be possible to finance projects from scratch within the framework of the program "Affordable Housing", reports Building.ua.

Now only unfinished residential projects with a degree of readiness of 70% or higher are allowed to participate in the program "Affordable Housing".

Rysukhin stressed that even now this percentage may vary depending on the status of the developer. "However, soon there will be no more incomplete construction. I think this will happen next year. Then we will begin to consider the option of financing the construction from scratch", - he said.

The President-Chairman of the Board of the joint stock company 'Kyivmiskbud' Michael Golitsa said that there is already one such house - it is a complex 'Rozhevy', despite its low level of readiness.
