Kyiv ranked 42nd in the ranking of cities with the most expensive real estate

British portal Global Property Guide has made an annual ranking of 94 cities with the most expensive real estate in the world. In this ranking Kyiv ranks 42nd place and is between the coast of Montenegro (41st) and Slovenian Ljubljana (43rd).

The top ten list remained virtually unchanged, except that the cities have changed places - somewhere home prices rose, and somewhere, on the contrary, fell. For example, in London prices remained virtually unchanged, but it rose from third to second place, as prices have changed in other cities.

Fourth year in a row in the ranking is leading Monaco, where, as everyone knows, buy housing many of the world's rich, including the Ukrainian VIPs. Second place in the ranking was London, in third place - Hong Kong. Moscow is in sixth place.
