The main advantages of this type of packaging are low cost and minimal production time. This packaging can be either disposable or reusable, which helps reduce costs.

In terms of the manufacturing method, this type of packaging is highly flexible with regard to technical requirements and dimensions, making it possible to produce packaging for a wide range of products — from glass to metal, from plants to food products and medical goods.

By intended use, several categories can be distinguished.

PACKAGING FOR GLASS CONTAINERS

Designed for transportation and storage of various containers for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as containers that require maintaining a specific temperature during transportation or storage. With additional finishing (painting, fabric covering), it can be used as gift packaging. The number of containers per package depends on customer requirements.

PACKAGING FOR MIRRORS AND GLASS

For transporting fragile products of various thicknesses and geometric dimensions (insulated glass units, automotive glass, mirrors, etc.).

CORNER PROTECTORS

Used for transporting furniture (wardrobes, cabinets, chests of drawers, beds), as well as for stacking and transporting pallets on an industrial scale.

U-SHAPED CORNER PROTECTORS

Designed to prevent deformation of door corners, countertop edges, stools, and chairs during transportation and storage.

MEDICAL PACKAGING

For mobile laboratories and for storing ampoules, vials, flasks, and various containers with chemically aggressive or neutral contents.

TECHNICAL PACKAGING AND FOAM INSERTS

Intended for use in industry, complex manufacturing processes, and other technological applications. Designed and manufactured according to drawings or layout schemes to ensure safe transportation or storage of devices, mechanisms, and individual components.

BOXES, “PUZZLE” BOXES

The boxes are supplied disassembled, which saves space during storage and transportation. With just a few movements, the walls are assembled and ready for use. Thanks to the tight locking system, no additional fastening of the walls is required.

PIPE THERMAL INSULATION

For effective thermal insulation of hot and cold water pipelines, as well as other systems in residential, industrial, and agricultural facilities.
