Experts call June and July as the time of "non-urgent" purchases, when real estate is bought by those who are not tied to a strict deadline and, therefore, in no hurry.

Because of the small number of buyers in the summer sellers are more willing to bargain. This is probably the best time of the year to buy an apartment: prices are going down, sellers are ready to bargain, the offer is large and there is plenty to choose from.

Many buyers who decide to buy an apartment at this time of year, do it "for the kids", so that the children went to school, kindergarten, college (well, who has what kids) from the new apartment.

In August the demand begins to exceed the supply - those who are afraid of the traditional autumn price increase and try to have time to buy real estate at the summer price come on the market. And from mid-August prices slowly start to rise again.

Autumn

Prices peak around the end of October to mid-November. This is probably the best time of year for urban residential real estate sales.
In mid-November, demand begins to decline. The number of transactions increases in the expensive segment, which is due to a desire to solve all the issues with real estate before the winter vacations.

Well, at the beginning of December buyers realize that they won't have time to buy anything before the New Year (so that they could celebrate the New Year in a new apartment), and put off the apartment issue for next year.
